The iPure DNA Ladder 5000 consists of 9 double-stranded DNA fragments, including 5000 bp, 3000 bp, 2000 bp, 1500 bp, 1000 bp, 750 bp, 500 bp, 250 bp, and 100 bp. These fragments are stored in 1× Loading Buffer and can be directly used for agarose gel electrophoresis analysis. The ladder includes reference bands at 1500 bp and 500 bp, with concentrations of 125 ng/5 μl, while the other bands are at a concentration of 50 ng/5 μl. This product is suitable for analyzing DNA bands in agarose gel electrophoresis and is not recommended for use in polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
